  • New guy looking at a W200

Hello all. New to the forum from middle Tennessee. Tommorow I'm going to look at a 1964 W200. It's been in the same family since it was sold from Redstone Arsenal in Huntsville, Al. It's a single cab tow truck with 61,500 mi., and a 318 engine. Everything seems to check out ok, the owner just checked it over and changed fluids and I plan on driving it back (about 100 mi.). It has the usual rust on the rocker panels and steps and a couple of small spots on the front fender bottoms. Hubs work, guages work, there doesn't seem any wires hanging out anywhere. all in all, so far it's looking pretty good for a 47 year old vehicle.
This will be my first PW, but I used to have a '62 D200 crew cab 2wd, so I'm not a Cold War Dodge virgin.
Here's hoping I'm bringing a piece of history home Saturday.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Power Wagons. Look forward to seeing pictures.
    I drive a DODGE, not a ram!

    Thanks,
    Will
