Spring Bushings ?

Does anyone know the OD of the rear spring bushings 61-68 W200 ?

I know the D100 spring bushing ID is smaller but is the OD the same ?

I would like to use the W200 springs in my Town Wagon but the bushings are bad , and I would have to drill the the sping perches out.

If I can find a bushing that fits the W200 OD with the smaller ID , no drilling needed.

Got to go out to were the townie is , did some measuring and searching.
Doesnt appear to be any direct fit for any bushing for 1 1/2" OD with the 1/2" ID.

Ford , jeep and IH had some that were 9/16 ID , but Still have to bore to hole out in the hangers .

I don't know anything about W200's, but if the problem is just that you need different size bronze bushings, look on eBay. There's just about every size you could need.

If the bushing is a tight fit in the spring eye, you will probably have to ream or drill it out to size after it is pushed in. They collapse a little bit under force.
