  • looking for new cab mounts

    hey guys my project entails new floor pans i havent had any luck finding cab mounts any one know where they can be found ?

    By cab mounts, are you referring to the brackets
    riveted to the frame, portions of the under-cab
    where cab bolts attach or the rubber insulators
    used between cab/frame?

      yes sir im new to this whole truck resto thing but i mean the bolts with bushing peices iam going to be installing new floor pans so i need the mounting hardware

        So.... You're saying that you currently have no cab mount
        bolts [i.e. "hardware"]?? You'll have to clarify this.

        [Going on the assumption that you DO have the bolts....]
        On the insulators [rubber bushings]..... There are no new
        OEM style insulators on the aftermarket that I know of.

        For the front cab mounts..... you can use old school tractor
        PTO belting or a chunk out of a tire sidewall of the same thickness.

          Gabe I'm scrapping a 60 Power Giant and I'll try to save the rubber insulators for you. I believe they are the same that you need. I'll try to get the cab off tomorrow. I'm not real sure how shipping works but I can check into it.
