i have a 63 wm300 with the 251 in it i have spark compression fuel timing and i cannot get the truck to run anyone have any ideas

If the basic elements are there as so say it should run, keyword here is SHOULD. If you haven't already it's time to double check the basics. Did you do a compression test? Check the point gap and the gap at the plugs? Plenty of fire at the plugs? Is the timing correct or at least close so as to start? It's not the best thing to do but a little starting fluid to see if it is getting fuel? These are simple engines to run down what is wrong. I know it's aggravating now but once you find the problem it'll turn out to be something overlooked.
