1969 W300 with 13K original miles

Just brought home a 1969 W300 with 13,144 original miles.

Great truck and in very good condition. Absolutely zero rust!!

Trying to post pics, but I just signed up so I'll have to attempt to figure it out.

If I become a premium forum user, do I receive the photo and archive privileges, or is that only for the magazine subscribers?

Additionally, when I click on the spot to upgrade my forum user status, my computer warns me that this site doesn't use a "trusted identification."

I do want to upgrade, but I don't want to harm my computer or incur a virus.

A few pics

A few pics of the W300.

I just put in about 8-10 hours of rubbing compound followed by wax. The original paint came out extremely well!

I'll post new pics when I get them, in the meantime these will have to do.

What do you guy's think, should I attempt to remove the lettering on the door's, or just live with it on?

If it were mine, I'd remove the lettering.....

I would leave it alone. It kind of adds to the overall character of the truck and gives a little info about it's history. I think the lettering is really a neat feature.
