Why is it that the inside of old truck cabs smell so good?

There are quite a few wild Sweptline conversions in Europe that are still at work.

        Hey Gordon.
Yes being a firebuff and Dodge fan i just couldn`t resist the offer.
But now i have a littel spareparts problem !
I need a lefthand front brake horse and a brake light switc.
        Do the same parts from a WM300 fit a W300 ?
If not do you know where i can get them and do you have the parts numbers?

        Thanks

          Bad News, no.
Good News, any W300 Sweptline hose should fit and those parts are generally* easier to find for the W300.

*Some W300 can be a bear to find and are expensive, but the good news is there are many, many Sweptline Era Enthusiasts here and at the Dodge Sweptline Forum that can help you out, in fact there are at least 3 folks in your part of Europe that post on the Dodge Sweptline Forum. They also sometimes post here. If you have no luck finding parts here, give them a try.

I can't speak for your country, but there are many hydraulic hose businesses here that will make up a new hose as per your sample. I have done that on my W300. Plus, they are generally lower in cost and higher in quality than typical automotive parts.
