    Better? Better than what?!!! It's stinkin georgeus, whaddya mean 'better'!?? The only reason Ferrari and Lamborghini don't use a similar design is some silly aerodynamic issues, and maybe a slight, ummmm, weight problem?

    That's one great scene there, very picturesque. Must be pretty nice to come home to. Still, I know how it can gnaw at you to see the old girl patiently waiting, waiting, for you to come through on your promise. I remember when I first fired up my Townie after this rebuild project: did a once-around checking her over then slapped her on the quarters and said, "See, I told you I'd take care of you, Sweety!" It killed me to see it disabled, waiting on me.

    You'll get her purring and smiling I'm sure.

      Curious, my headlight doors are chrome, and it looks like yours are too? Also what's the mechanicals on it, 318/NP435, slanty?

        thanks for the kind words. she has a 318 with about 66000 miles , run excellant cant wait till spring. at present we are going thru anther blizzard. i will try to post some pics of my present project . i am putting my 55 f f back togather. its sitting also ,being very patiently next to my 48 f f. next project is to finish up my 1991 internation al bus, we plan on going to travel at the end of this summer. that has an stinky oil burner, runs great steve from western maine
