Was that made from a command car?

Why is it that the inside of old truck cabs smell so good?

Probably was a farmer used Command car with the rear cut of to make a flatbed or something like that.
                Still it does look good!

                  Correct!

It is indeed a WC6 command car that was 'butchered' for farm use. I should post some of the 'before' photos! It still had a lot of the original parts...honeycomb radiator, axles, etc.
Was purchased in running condition for $2,500 (it was a lot different then!) I sold it when I moved fro Ark. back to Iowa...for $5,200...(sigh)
I now own a 1972 Pinzgauer 710M and hope to sell it in order to buy a good WC56 or 57.
Having moved to Iowa, about 14 miles from Vintage Power Wagons, it is a constant reminder that I want a 3/4 ton Command Car!
                  Regards,
                  Eric

Oh you dog you. I'm so jealous! You still have your other truck don't you? Is this gonna be sitting outside too? Don't worry bro, there's no highways linking us, so I can't come by for a visit and, um, borrow it. HA! I'm happy for ya.

                              ENJOY
