Were any M880 Dodge pickups delivered new, with a PTO winch . I have found one that has a PTO winch and it looks like a small version of the winch used on FFPW's.

pto winch???
I have seen some 74 and back W200's with the pto winch on them. they were not that common on the later trucks, but some had them. I haven't seen any of the 75 and newer military dodge trucks with the winch on them, and I assume it might have something to do with the full-time t-case on them.
