Was it in 2WD? It didn't seem to have any front axle action until you went into reverse???

Building one like it myself. I have a '42Wc enclosed cab with small block chevy(cause they are cheeper to build) with the 9 5/8 axles and arb lockers front and rear sitting on 44's. I can't wait to get it muddy.
