I have just re-read my August 2008 PWA, according to Gordon, all pic's were taken by Jill Stearns, (aka; Purple People Eater's DD), unless other wise noted, I meant to ask before, who are the 3 Specialist "Sitting On The Tail-Gate"?

I think you are probably referring to the 3 guys in uniform? If so, they were at the Ice Cream eatery one night and Mark Yocum asked them to sit on his tailgate so he / or I could take a picture of them.
