Looking for a transfer case for my 58 W500, also would like a PTO for it and the stock single lever shift linkage, some body swaped it for a 201 with a PTO setup from a W300 with twin levers.

I don't know about in 58, but later Rockwell T223 were twin stick too.

I think this is similar to what you're after? Mine doesn't have PTO.
I'd be willing to part with it, but it was twin stick. I do have a PTO crossmember though.
