1954 M37 engine for sale

I have the original engine with transmission and PTO for sale, some parts have been taken off. The PTO seems to be frozen up. The carb is not the right carb and the engine was converted to 12volt. The head gasket needs to be replaced at a minimum the engine was running when taken off with two cylinders at 0 for compression the others at 80-90. Call or text 847-276-5143.
