57 315 engine in Town Wagon frame

I have a 57 315 engine in a Town wagon frame with world war 2 4x4 running gear. Engine runs good with good oil pressure. Unknown millage odometer said 37000 miles but Speedo cable was broken. Engine ID VT538-I7I94. I would like to sell as a complete set up but will separate $2000.00
