Other items include all new non-directional tires, the spare tire mount in the bed, the bracket for the spare jerry can on the right fender, the pintle hook and attachment. The engine was overhauled immediately after I bought the truck from a gent down in Mack's Creek MO...Highway 54's famous speed trap in the lower Lake of the Ozarks area. They sandblasted the truck and shot it with a primer and some olive drab paint which has since faded. The gas tank has been removed, burned out, cleaned and coated with the proper sealer to get rid of the crud in it. The fuel pump was replaced but not presently connected since with continued carburetor problems, the new fuel lines were routed directly to the electric fuel pump mounted on the inner right fender, along with a pressure regulator. A rebuilt carb from Vintage Power Wagons solved the fuel issues. This distributor has been rebuilt and finally, it contains a better coil and yes, the vent lines are in place. The transfer case repair kit was installed but the vent was not located and cleaned...on the "do" list. New better grade brake master cylinder is in place and she starts and runs just fine. Everything is original 24 volt w/ master shut-off switch in place...It needs finishing touches...new wire to the black-out lights and the new 24 volt headlights hooked up.
