I renewed a week ago and still can't access the subscriber features?

Maybe try again & someone will help. I had problems with not getting my PWA because I moved twice within a 12mth period (USPS won't forward them). My subscription expired before the situation ever got corrected, so I'm back to being just a lurker lol

The subscriptions are processed monthly you might just have missed the cut off date. I. Don't have the database with me on the road but. Resend the email and Carol/Matt can confirm the subscription status and we will get you access.

Here's my situation in its entirety. I was a PWA subscriber around 2004-2006, before ever getting a computer & getting on the forums. I let that subscription lapse. I got my first/only laptop in early 2009 & soon afterwards joined the forums. I also re-subscribed to the PWA. Sometimes I'd renew 2yrs at a time.

Fast forward to 2013. I married/moved across town that July. I missed approximately 2 issues before Gordon got my new address entered. USPS will not forward PWA issues if you move/change address. I fault myself for not giving Gordon enough advanced notice before/during my move to not miss any issues.

I renewed for another year that October.

In June 2014 we bought a house & moved locally again. I believe this was just after Gordon's passing. I emailed (Matt) trying to get my mailing address changed before missing any issues. We had the entire month of July to move. After a month passed and no PWA arrived, I emailed again. My emails were received/acknowledged & I believe I was informed that everything would be taken care of. August/September came/went, yet no PWA's came in the mail.

I never received any issues after that last move nor did I get the renewal card in the mail. My subscription expired after Oct 2014

I am not saying my final few issues weren't mailed. I'm just saying I never received any issues after moving in July 2014.

My status on the forum has fallen back to "registered user" which is correct.

No further action is necessary on your/Matt's part.
