how to delete pictures and attachments to a topic/post?

Yes, I'm dumb. I'm trying to edit a post/topic a created, well, maybe 30 minutes ago. I don't like how I started it and I'm trying to delete the pictures that I attached but I can't and it seems everytimes I do a change, they double up.
