I stayed at the Land Mark last Rally.
Positives:
quaint older hotel
cheap
downtown- if you have a spouse, they can brouse the shops, etc without a car.
Negatives:
spartan room
no phone in room (maybe a positive)
parking is problematic if you have a trailer.
