Here's an interesting 230 in a Phillipine airport tug. The 230 was used frequently in airport tugs, even aboard aircraft carriers. You'll likely have to Google "flathead engine in an airport tug in Manila", as I didn't have any luck getting the photos to show with the Allpar link (www.allpar.com/mopar/V6/flathead-tug.html ).
The tug has a Carter 2 bbl carb on the 2 bbl manifold, a K&N aircleaner, and an interesting header- looks like a modified Chevy V-8 set extended & canted
over. It would be interesting to see what the head casting number is.
