I'm a big fan of Eastwood Company especially here lately. They have been offering discounts on products and free shipping until the end of the year. In one of their email specials I found their trim hammer on sale and decided to buy one figuring I'd only be out $5.99. It came today via Fed Up so I tried it out on a piece of dented stainless trim. This is the wide trim on the front of a 1957 Power Giant. The hammer is tiny only weighing 5 oz but it's just right for pounding out the stainless trim. The piece I worked on looked badly beaten but after 30 minutes it's ready for sanding and polishing. The hammer is well made and finished nicely. There is just something about working metal back to it's original shape that is very satisfying.
