Not a tool but interesting. Anyone know what the logo is on the bolt head?

Familiar, yes. Quality, NOT
That is a familiar one to me; although I can't answer your real question. These used to be sold by the local John Deere Dealer as an extra strong high quality bolt for use where others failed. It was later realized that their design was said to be for a particular type of aircraft application, and were so hard that they were brittle and would fail in heavy machinery applications. We once used some to bolt a 5th wheel on a heavy truck frame. It was days end, so we torqued them to spec and went home for the day. When we returned the following morning, all had popped over night and were laying on the shop floor under the truck. We realized they were not what had been represented and never purchased any again. We advised our John Deere Dealer what had happened; they did some research and stopped offering them for sale shortly after that. Have not seen any since that I recall. This was back in the early 80's when our incident took place.
