cummins b4.5 troubleshooting

cummins b4.5 will start but only run a few seconds, sounds like fuel is cutting off.
have changed fuel filter. lift pump, had injection pump (delphi) rebuilt.
injection pump has 2 fuel solenoids one at top for cutting off fuel and one on lower rear of pump.
when i first start it have power to both solenoids after it start for a few seconds solenoid on lower rear loses power as it shuts down. have to way half hour or so then it will start then quit.
when I installed rebuilt injection pump had top dead center pinned, after installing pump bleed lines as i put them back together.

Long shot as to whether you're still around but what year and pump is it?
