Sorry all but have been away for a spell.
The thing is that as soon as you start your car/truck/suv 1/3rd of your tank is programed to go out your tail pipes (on EFI units).
And Norm: they do, its called a fleet chip (or that is what they use to call it).
Grave facts are that with newer tech and EFI they can get much better MPG then what they do.
