you are all invited to watch me race "Miss Eudora" a 74w300 Power Wagon mini pumper dually firetruck. Sept 13th at Island Dragway Great Meadows NJ. I'll be running in the 14 seconds and slower no electronics class. Event is being sponsored by Ol' Daze Drags. open to all cars 1980 and older. I think I'm running against a kid on a tricycle! Bwahha. this should confirm your suspicions that I'm nutz.

drag racing fire truck

just got back from Ol' Daze drags at Island Dragway. 24 sec 1/4 mile, top speed 52 mph. second run I poped the clutch pedal pivot, limped down the lane in 1st gear 1.49 min 1/4 mile. top speed 9 mph. the crowd went wild !!!
put pivot back in, drove home no problems
