  • Idaho Trail Ride #6

The Dodges are the first vehicles over Bear Creek Pass as we are most years. Elko county opens the big snow drift for us every year. It sure is fun to watch the grader work its way through the drift. The operator has lots of nerve, his grader tends to push sideways towards the several hundred foot drop every pass.

This John Eickhof's M-37 going through the tunnel of trees down the creek trail. We had to cut several overhanging limbs to get through this trail. Ted Piche' elected to leave his truck at the beginning of the trail to avoid body damage.

This is a Nevada Columbine. It's one of the most spectacular flowers I've ever seen, and they grow nearly everywhere in moist places in the Jarbridge area. There are entire mountainsides covered with many varieties of flowers at this time of year.

                You better be there

I now know where you work as well as where you live, so you may be kidnapped and tortured during next year's trail ride. Torture will include riding over steep, muddy and rough roads; eating half raw meat cooked over camp fires, sleeping outdoors without a spring mattress; drinking large quantities of adult beverages and telling horrible lies in attempting to one-up everyone else.

Why attached pictures are too small? Is this is a forum issue?

edit: Russ Erickson, replaced your old spring mattress with the Haven Premier. Buy Haven Mattress Protector using
                    the haven bed discount codes.

It's actually a Subscriber vs Member Access difference.

OK, I have increased the Attached file viewable image for Members uploads so they won't be as small.
As always Subscribers can always see the full size images.

                    I drive a DODGE, not a ram!

                    Thanks,
