The 6th Annual WWII Military Vehicle Convoy through Missouri will be held on 16-17 May 2008. It will start and end in Mexico, MO, the same place as last year. The theme of this year’s event is “The Roads to Battle.” The event route will trace four different roads used during two Civil War battles, the 1861 Battle of Mount Zion Church, and the 1864 Battle of Centralia. Event planning is still underway, but we expect this to be another great event. Information, when compiled, will be posted on the www.railsplitterslivinghistory.org website.
