  • Why do I need to pull the steering wheel?

Is it because I need to get to the wires inside of the steering column? Actually... that's what I'm wanting to do...

I'm down to a 3/4" nut that won't budge after I took the horn guts out...

I intend to strip the cab out and get it ready for much needed body work.

    Thanks, Mike

Sorry, I have 2 1967 PW W-200's.... I am stripping one down and almost have the wiring out.(I removed the dash already). There are wires that enter the steering column shaft. I think I need to get these loose so I can check the entire wiring harness for defects and such. Or maybe I don't... I'm new at this refurbishing stuff. Thanks, Mke

ps I do have the steering column loose from beneath the dash...
