I was able to find replacement copper washers (aka Gaskets) at Carquest. Current PN's are W20 for the outer washer, W804 for the inner washer.
Pic #1 compares what came off the truck with the CQ washers. There are slight dimensional differences, but they fit and don't leak. The righthand washers are the W804 inners, and the lefthand washers are the W20 outers.
The original outer washer had an OD of 27/32", an ID of 17/32", a thickness of 1/16", and a width of 9/64" between ID and OD. The W20 has an OD of 51/64", an ID of 33/64", a thickness of 1/16", and a width of 9/64" between OD and ID. The CQ washer is 1/16" smaller in OD, and 1/32" less in ID than the original.
The original inner washer had an OD of 53/64",a 7/16" ID, a thickness of 1/16", and a width of 3/16" between OD and ID. The W804 has an OD of 51/64"-13/16", an ID of 7/16-15/32", a thickness of 1/16", and a width of 11/64" between OD and ID. This CQ washer seemed to vary between individual pieces, and from the specs on the box (13/16 OD, 29/64 ID, 1/16 thickness).
The washers shown in pic #1 are between 1/32- 1/64" less in OD, and the same to 1/32" more in ID than the original washer. Hopefully this will help those who found that wheel cylinders don't always come with the banjo washers...
