mounting a tire on rim with split lock ring-video

I couldn't find much on doing this that showed the (one of many) techniques. New rims and rings were easy, older ones not so easy. All except one of 10 tire shops didn't want to touch these. Rice tire in Baltimore was fine with them as was john Deere.
