Brake Drum

Due to my being a novice in vehicle repairs I seem to always have a problem with the basics.

I removed the brake drum and installed a new set of pads. I now cannot get the brake drum back on over the new pads. What am I missing?

You'll need to back the adjustments off at the top & bottom of the assembly, 4 different adjustment points, top & bottom of each shoe.
