What information are you looking for? The M37 and M43 are basically the same vehicle other than the longer wheelbase of the M43 and the ambulance body.

Ed, thanks for the kind offer. I have an M43 - but it's about 50 miles away on a friend's farm. I was trying to do all this frame figuring from an armchair. :-)
I guess I'll have to do a 'crawl under' instead.

sounds like some modifications are in the works? What are you planning to do to yours? I've been trying to figure out how one would remove the rear body from the frame, etc....

Well I wanted to check how close the M43 frame and body mounts are to these Chev pu frames:

I have nice complete M1028a1 CUCV rolling chassis with drivetrain but no body - perhaps put my M43 (no engine or trans, and not in mint condition) on it? Wheelbase is easy to change on the CUCV frame by moving the rear spring mounts fore or aft.
My other option is to transplant the entire CUCV drivetrain onto the M43 frame.
