m37 engine colors

got a 52 m37, giving it a cheap engine rebuild "a.k.a. fresh paint, right now it's predomiately rust but looks like it may have been gray, other than green, were there any other colors used on the motor ?, the rest of the drive line was dark green. high heat paint is very limited to black , white and aluminum here.

Original M37 engine color was silver. Most got to be OD, or Strata blue in Air Force trucks, some gray in Navy trucks during there life in military service.

High heat aluminum would be very close to the original engine color.
