  • What is this?

    I removed the left front fender from my M43 today and found this bolted to the cab...anybody know what it is/does?

    Looks like the back side of the dimmer switch.
    I drive a DODGE, not a ram!

      That is the headlight dimmer switch.

        Not to beat a dead horse but yes its the dimmer switch placed right wher it should be.
        Not up on the turn signal lever where every time you turn on your turn signals you accidentaly flash your high beams.

        Not to be cruel but was that truck under water for some part of its life?

          If that rear inner fender splash gaurd is removed they are kinda in a tough spot. All the road salt and slush in the winter time gets thrown right at that spot.
