M37 hard start when warm

    Mine will start after about 5 seconds so, I'm not going to bother with it for now, just use it as is. I only drive it to the range and a cruisein once in a while. My electric fuel pump is 24 volt and I still need to wire in a safety switch through the oil pressure line. Other than that, it runs great.

      i figured mine out, i looked under the truck and the exaust was bent like a Z from backing over logs or something. i did the nasty and sawzalled it off and it now fires right up (and requers ear plugs.) Maybe yours has a little mouse nest in it or something

        My truck had the original splash shields that block off a lot of water and air flow around the engine. I removed the one from the fuel pump side to allow more air to pass over the carb etc. It seems to have made it way better. Little things some times work.
