M-43 What it's top speed?

Not to be a party pooper but swaping out the engine and drive train to something modern you will have a truck that looks like an M37 but aint.
I see a few now and then on the internet and when you see one with a low price it almost always has been chopped up and is a Frankinstein of other parts stuffed into it.
You just may spend a lot of time and money and end up with a thing that is worth less than when you bought it.
