Are you talking about the receptical on the left side just in front of the lower drivers door. If so it is a slave receptical. Thats where you jump start the truck from another 24V system vehicle with the same set up. Takes special cables. If you dont have the special cables or either vehicle doesn't have the receptical then you will have use battery jumper cables.
