Date of delivery tag question

Working on my 1941 WC 40 1/2 ton 4x4 and am ready to do the letters/numbers on all the tags. I got new brass ones ready to go but am stumped on how the date of delivery is sipposed to be. I have both originals, the dash serial number tag and the outside bed tag but neither has the date stamped in.

Does anyone have a pic they could send/post a pic of the outside bed tag. I need to know if it was like 11 - 41 or 11/1941 etc. I have nothing to go on here. Any help appreciated, Kevin

kevin, if you still need this info my outside bed tag reads
delivery date [8 27 41]
the brackets above represent the date space. no dash or other markings in this space just the #s with the first and last at the extreme ends and the month # exactly in the middle. bb

I've allready finished them done and I guess I did it wrong. I wrote out 1941 in full. Oh well. I'll know the next time.
