I am disassembling the suspension from my WC12, I am able to remove the front spring u-bolts which are unique (not simple square u-bolts). But the rear ones I cut off due to rust. I hear that it's unwise to reuse u-bolts? I am wondering what people are using in place of the originals? VPW nor Midwest Military have NOS ones. Anyone out there have rear 4 u-bolts they would part with?

I've seen links to places that are supposed to have forged upper U bolts, not sure if they will work right, or come in the right width for our trucks. I used a "normal" set from a local truck shop, but I took the top plates and shaped the edges so that the it followed the contour of the bolt top.
The issue with re-using is that the nuts provided on newer bolts are a locking style that are one-time use, not sure if the old ones were the same but considering how important they are it's probably not an area to take chances on.
