    We've done them both ways also, depends on what the customer wants. Full flow is great, but doesn't filter out nearly all the fine particles like the by-pass does. All the oil is filtered with a bypass type, just not as often. If I had to chose one or the other, honestly I think I would rather have the new technology bypass type. It will clean the oil better because of catching the much smaller stuff that passes right through a full flow filter. I like the extra capacity also, but there is more than 1 way to get that.

      Luckily, with the system I propose you don't need to makes a choice. You get the best of both worlds all the time.
