On the dual wheel application's the wheels are coined.
Every other hole is convex and concave,
and they use a lug nut that is concave.
When you put the two wheels together in the rear they nestle into each other.
I made the mistake of picking up Ford flat face wheels, sanding and painting them only to find out that it caused a death wobble in the front.
Wound up buying new coined anyway ( so much for saving $ buying used wheels).
There was no real problem in the rear because the truck had a 4:88 ratio
and at 55 it was screaming.
