    Ohmmeters check for resistance (lack of continuity). Yes you attach a lead to each end. Hopefully the reading will show ZERO. If the wire is broken then there will be no reading.

    No reading does NOT equal a ZERO reading.

    Also I check spark plugs for resistance. You'd be surprised how many brand new spark plugs are faulty right out of the box.

      Gordon, I have one more fellow who has called and emailed that wishes to look it over this week and says he is bringing a trailer, that might indicate he is a serious buyer... or he want's to show off the new trailer he said he just bought and has no intrest in getting the truck from me.

      I'll post the results of his visit later in the week.
