    I'm happy it worked out for you. You could email me the pictures and I'll put them in this thread for future reference. Tell me more about the plastic sheet, did it have a brand name or anything a guy could use to try and find it locally.

Bought some ABS plastic sheet from a place in California and it worked out great, light easy to put a bend in it and has a hair cell finish that look's great solid black in color, this stuff is easy to work with, reasonable in price and will last forever.       I agree with using haircell plastic; we use in in the aviation interior business, and it is easy to work with, relatively speaking...
