Why is it that the inside of old truck cabs smell so good?

Not having experience with the large knuckle axle I can't give you an answer right now. My first impression would be no to your question but that's a guess. I have 59 W300 which I could compare. New lock out hubs for the Dana 44 are readily available.

Oops, I thought you meant the lockout.

Do you have access to the parts?

What you mention there does not mesh with your opening post. I am not understanding something.

My first thought is that 2013 power wagon wheels will have an 8 on 170 mm bolt pattern, and the '70's bolt pattern is 8 on 6 1/2". Perhaps that is the same? If I understand / assume, you have a Dana 44, 5 bolt front axle and would like to swap spindles, hubs and drums, as well as your entire rear axle for the 8 bolt pattern?

Thus far I learn the spindles are the same.
