There is a factory version - I think.
I used to see one in France, near Paris, the owner turned up on the Power Wagon Forum.
It looks pretty much like the trucks above, but the 'body' looked more like a short Carryall shell than the ones pictured, which look like two cabs coachbuilt into one.
Anyone remember the french guy on the PW Forum with one of these? It was orange when I last saw it, years back in the 1990s. It certainly wasn't a coachbuilt effort as such, and looks to have left the factory that way.
