Just wanted to remind everyone that today is 9/11

Today marks the tenth anniversary of an exceptionally dark day in American history.

Let us all take a moment to remember those that lost their lives on that day.

And to remember the service men and women who are laying their lives on the thin red line between Freedom and Tyranny to ensure that we shall remain
"The Land of the Free and the home of the Brave!"

I Can't Forget

When an aircraft crashes to the ground some of the debris on the ground is recognizable as plane parts. And then there is Shanksville PA.

Never before has a steel framed skyscraper collapsed due to fire.
And then there is WTC Bldg. #7

One has to ask him or her self if they are sure what our brave volunteers are fighting for. My thoughts and tears are with all the victims and the victims survivors.

I don't recall seeing any pics of plane remnants in the PA crash either. I will always think a missile took it out. And I wouldnt be surprised about WTC 7 being brought down with explosives.

But the intent of the thread was to call us to remember those lost that tragic Tuesday. I can't grasp the magnitude of the day.

I agree. 9/11 is still a very sensitive topic for me. I tend to get on a tangent.
