I truly appreciate all the input, Going forwards I am still scratching my head on the possibility of doing this. My own opinion would be to offer it as an option of one or the other and possibly doing both but I think there would be some cost increase. Just doing my best to keep the information in the hands of all of you.

One thing that might be interesting and helpful in your decision making is to do a reader survey. This could be via an announcement in print and also in the forum of course.
We do this periodically in my business and it is helpful.
If you are interested, One thing I have learned is to have a multiple choice answer format for responses to the questions you pose, along with space at the bottom for customer's additional inputs.
We use survey monkey for electronic surveys.
I guess non computer folks could send responses by regular mail.
Such an approach would help to gauge your customers feelings better.
