No it doesn't. The winch on mine is a Tulsa winch that looks to be twice the size of the one in your photo. But the booms look very similar.

You know one side of lug nuts are left handed right? If not, could be why the breaker bar didn't last. You can only tighten them so much... :)1951 B-3 Delux Cab, Braden Winch, 9.00 Power Kings

They were the go to wrecker in the thirties and forties.

2nd power wagon
Just got back from picking up my second power wagon today. I got a tip on this truck a few months ago and it was just too good of a deal to pass up. What you can't see in the picture is that is does have front fenders, hood, radiator and cover, and the grill. I'm not sure of the year because the I.D. tag is missing, so assuming the bed is original to the truck, it's a first series.Attached Files
