not sure what you mean by "frame channels" but thats pretty funny about oregon must not get rain lol. when it rains here the roads turn into rivers.

I assumed that since you weren't worried about rain that you were on the east side of the mountains. I was wondering if water would collect on the hood frame channel below that vent and rust out eventually?

Well its time to clean the winter dust off this thing and get back to work. I'm ordering a generic wiring harness from EZwiring and will then add in some upgrades. Need to order some exhaust, steel for the flatbed, and maybe have enough left over for some DOM.
