Vivaldi... if ya heard one, you've heard them all.
All joking aside, iTunes works very well at keeping music easy to find regardless of how many versions of the same title you have.

Well Joe, I guess I'm going to have to learn how to navigate downloads and file copying. One of my boys presented me with an I-pod nano and now I have to learn how to use it. The bloody thing is tiny, I can cover it with both thumbs. It looks really comical in my big old mitts but I'll get the hang of it if I don't accidently swallow it instead.

The first step will be getting a version on iTunes from Apple. http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/

After you have done that, see how much free hard drive space you have on your computer. The more space you have the more music you can import to your iTunes file.

Next put a cd in your computer.

Then created a new play list by clicking on the + symbol at the bottom left of the iTunes window.

To cut down on the amount of typing, I do a lot of copy & paste. For instance...
When I import a new artist, I copy the artist name (highlight the name and copy it) then I paste it to the new playlist field.
Once your new play list is created add all the music from that artist to that playlist.

To add the new music to your playlist, Select all the songs from the cd then drag them into the new playlist. Each cd will take about 4-5 minutes to import. I import my music as an ACC Audio File. Good quality with least amount of hard drive space being used.

Once your music is on your hard drive, drag entire play list, album or songs that you want to hear to your iPod icon.

Eject your iPod and enjoy you new mobil radio station.

If you have any questions ask away.
