The beauty of the pour you show in the pictures is a testimonial to professional management and coordination.

    Thanks Dave!
I have more photos to upload, that are still in the camera. I'm quite a bit further along now, 3,000 sq ft. of interior offices are completed, as of Friday.
I'm playing hookey today, with a wedding to attend.
Worked until 7 PM last night and this is my first Saturday off in a while....= )

In a Spec. Building (Spec is short for speculation) the offices and restrooms are placed at the center of the building. That is to allow the dividing of the floor space in case a tenant cannot be found for the entire 29,000 sq. ft.
With pluming and electrical service run to the center, it allows flexibility to expand from a central utility core, cutting cost for future bathrooms and offices.
In the case of this building, it was leased in it's entirety, to one tenant, in the second week of construction. In fact we added additional toilet rooms and offices, to accommodate the tenant.

                        It's right here, in it's air conditioned clean/assembly room....= )

Unfortunately, I have a clients' Challenger, a Ramcharger, a Sweptline or two and a Jeep, that are ahead of the W200 in work order.
Additionally, I must be working too hard, while tomorrow will result in the permit being finalized on the warehouse project, I'm heading for the hospital this week. Two weeks ago, I woke up blind in my right eye, so I'm going in to get a medical verdict.

                          About the eye

Wow, that's a bummer. I hope it turns out okay with little or no trouble. Slow down a little and take care of yourself.

Was it temporary, or are you still having trouble?
